REQUIREMENTS:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5–10 years in food & beverage manufacturing quality leadership, with hands-on experience in SPC, DOE, TQM, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing and developing teams of 20+ technical employees.
  • Experience with new product, material, and process introductions.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF, Food Defense, and QMS principles.
  • Proven track record of building effective Quality Plans and achieving KPI targets.
  • Experience with SAP preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong CAPA and A3 problem-solving experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
  • High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to lead teams of 10+ employees and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports across Quality, Sanitation, and Batching functions.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance and product conformance data; communicate quality status and priorities to production leadership.
  • Manage plant Quality personnel (QC specialists, technicians, and sanitation staff) to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous process improvements.
  • Support new product, material, and supplier qualifications in coordination with R&D and Procurement.
  • Drive performance improvements tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and quality scorecards for cost, delivery, and quality.
  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to promote strong quality awareness and capability throughout the plant.
  • Oversee certification processes, including documentation, product specs, audits, and reporting systems.
  • Provide timely resolutions to production-related quality issues and product dispositions.
  • Develop tools to collect, trend, and analyze production quality data.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (FSMA, FDA GMP, GFSI).
  • Prepare for and resolve issues related to third-party audits.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure adherence to company and regulatory policies.
  • Submit monthly quality reports to Corporate Quality and Continuous Improvement teams.
  • Actively participate in enterprise-wide Quality, Food Safety (QFS), and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with all Keurig Dr Pepper safety policies, ergonomic standards, and operational procedures.
