Recipe Management: Maintain and update product formulations in line with the Request for Change process. Process Improvement Projects: Lead initiatives to boost process capabilities, reduce costs, and elevate product quality using Statistical Process Control techniques. Project Management: Plan and execute projects that align with productivity, maintenance, and quality goals. Capital Expenditure: Develop and present capital expenditure justifications to senior management. Communication: Keep production teams, peers, and senior leaders informed with clear and effective updates. Quality System Compliance: Act as the site’s QMS Coordinator, ensuring adherence to QA systems, environmental policies, and safety regulations. Training Coordination: Design and implement training programs to upskill factory staff.
