We are currently looking for Quality Manager to join our WA Construction Team, working on a long-term project in Perth CBD. Reporting to the Construction Director, this role will focus on working with the project team, to manage the quality functions for the project and assist the project team in ensuring the works meet the specified quality requirements, whilst following the Project Quality Management System. Some of your key responsibilities are: Preparing and Managing the Project Quality Management Plan. Coordinating Quality Planning activities and establish Project QA audit Schedule. Conduct audits and prepare and issue reports and corrective actions. Assist Project Engineers with auditing of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants. Monitor ITP approval, Measuring and Test Equipment, Document and Drawing control, and completion of construction quality records to ensure that they are kept up to date. Manage the 3rd party inspection process on site as required. Manage the trade contractor submissions schedule. Implement and monitor Lendlease internal quality control processes. Job requirements: 7+ years’ industry experience, ideally in a Quality Assurance Engineer, or Manager role, and from within the Construction or Civil Infrastructure industries. Ideally experience on large scale $100m + commercial construction projects. Healthcare, Defence and/or Government project experience will be highly regarded. Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in managing quality. Experience implementing processes, and the ability to continuously evaluate and refine these.
