JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA’s. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and the ability to conduct thorough quality audits to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA’s and new product launches.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
  • Proficient in quality control methodologies including QA/QC processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving quality objectives.

    Pay: $96,000.00 - $134,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as HACCP and FDA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data related to product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformance reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Manage documentation related to quality systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving overall product quality, utilizing project management skills to ensure timely completion.
