The Quality Manager at Natoli Engineering will develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance programs to ensure production processes meet and exceed established quality, integrity, and efficiency standards. From raw materials to finished products, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
  • Minimum five years of experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably as a QA Director.
  • Knowledge of quality system requirements, safety regulations, and legal standards.
  • Hands-on experience with QA measuring and testing equipment.
  • Proficiency in analytics and project management software.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance from raw materials to finished products.
  • Collaborate with management, engineers, and technicians to define quality and reliability standards based on product and consumer requirements.
  • Develop and implement raw material standards through supplier negotiations, testing methods, and procedures.
  • Create and maintain in-process inspection protocols by analyzing manufacturing methods and establishing testing standards.
  • Define standards for product disposition and rework by devising evaluation, inspection, and physical testing methods.
  • Prepare and present quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and legal standards related to quality assurance.
