We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational processes.
• Manage documentation related to quality systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor industry trends related to quality management and recommend updates to policies as needed.
