Responsibilities

The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ITEC Business Management System (BMS) and proactively driving improvement projects within it. This includes managing certification against applicable ISO standards, interacting with certification bodies, running internal audits, and overseeing management reviews.
