NYCOR is hiring a hands-on CNC Quality Manager/Specialist for an opportunity with a precision aerospace/defense machining company in Plymouth, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment and is looking for long-term growth.

• Lead and oversee a small quality department of four team members (including yourself as manager).
• Perform detailed hands-on inspection of aerospace and defense machined parts.
• Program and operate Brown & Sharpe CMM using PC-DMIS software.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality system procedures.
• Apply GD&T knowledge and inspection tools to maintain high product quality.
• Utilize Keyence, Avant, or OGP systems (a plus!).
