JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control processes. This role is critical in ensuring our products and services meet internal and external standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing quality strategies, managing audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a team of quality professionals. Strong deductive reasoning, combined with the drive to execute and resolve projects, is at the core of what you do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The benchmark compensation for this role will be in the range of $90,000 - $115,000 CAD/year, paid semi-monthly, official offer subject to go up or down depending on level of experience.
