Our client is looking for a hands-on, proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality function, drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards across their manufacturing operation.

You will play a key role in developing a strong culture of quality across the organisation, ensuring products, processes and systems consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations

Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Lead and develop the Quality Team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and managing performance.
Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audits, certification and compliance.
Promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business.
Oversee manufacturing QA/QC, including non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions, scrap, rework and concessions.
Support New Product Introductionthrough testing requirements, FMEA and production quality planning.
