Are you a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer looking for a high-autonomy role where you can take full ownership of a department, influence company standards, and drive continuous improvement?

Within this role, you’ll be tasked with building and leading the quality department, implementing systems and standards, and growing a small team. You will receive industry specific training.

The role would suit a hands-on Quality Manager or Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing, or cleanroom/laboratory systems, who’s looking to take a step up into a leading role within the company.

THE PERSON:

• Experienced in Quality Management or Quality Engineering roles
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
• Knowledge of ISO standards, audit procedures, and compliance frameworks
• Looking for a step up into a senior role

• 7:30 - 4:45 Monday to Thursday - 7:30 - 12:45 Friday (flexi-hours available)
• Lead and develop quality department for a well-established company
• Full industry training
