QUALITY MANAGER

Robertson Recruitment are looking for an experienced quality manager with management experience to join a well established manufacturing company based in Ilkeston. As a quality controller you will be ensuring high standard of quality at all times as well as compliance with all regulations.

QUALITY MANAGER SKILLS

• Knowledge of BRCGS (British Global Food Safety Standard), ISO9001 and Soil Association Accreditation.
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of using systems in the sector
• Eye for quality

• Taking the lead in preparing, managing product safety, integrity legality and quality at all times
• Contact customers once projects/jobs have been completed and received by the customer
• Keep records of all customer interactions
• Providing answers to queries from customers which have gone unanswered or which require further investigation
• Be confident to stop production if job specification is not being followed and production is not to a high standard of quality
• Ensure BRC complaints are dealt with separately and are also logged via the complaints handling forms
• Generalised customer services taking in bound calls when customers require help/support/information
