POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and inspection team. This role ensures compliance with AS9100 standards, drives continuous improvement, and maintains the highest level of product quality

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in aerospace/defense quality management (CNC machining preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 (Rev D) and ISO 9001.
• Experience with FAIs, CMMs, GD&T;, and inspection processes.
• Leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with quality tools (8D, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC).

• Manage and maintain the AS9100-certified Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead audits, management reviews, and compliance activities.
• Oversee First Article Inspections (FAIs), PPAPs, and documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and develop the inspection team.
• Track and report on quality metrics to leadership
