Quality Manager will collaborate to shape and maintain quality standards, risk analysis and continuous improvement practices along with the highest standards of excellence. Quality Manager Responsibilities: Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards Ensure quality assurance throughout manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of power transformers Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action processes Analyze quality data, drive root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement measures Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and utility-specific requirements Act as key quality interface for internal teams, customers, and external auditors Requirements Degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent technical qualification Several years of experience in quality management within power transformers or heavy electrical equipment Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processes Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes Structured, analytical working style with strong problem-solving skills Confident communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment Southwest Electric Co is motivated by our mission to provide a stable and sustainable energy supply for our customers around the world.
