THE IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE

  • Ensure code quality: performance, maintainability, security compliance.
  • Engage proactively in development, testing, cutover, and Run activities.
  • Define and drive HERO QA strategy and frameworks.
  • Plan, develop, and execute QA across products and platforms.
  • Optimise code performance for customisations.
  • Ensure QA scope is embedded in partner contracts/SoWs.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and Microsoft to strengthen QA.
  • Lead post Go-live Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Define and monitor quality metrics, analyse test results, and report findings.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, scaling across multiple products.
  • Build and promote a quality-driven engineering culture.
  • Act as the primary contact for release quality.

SKILLS:

  • Clear communicator with ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset for QA reviews.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Proven end-to-end project delivery.
  • Curious, process-driven yet pragmatic.
  • International experience and cross-cultural awareness.
  • English required; French/other languages a plus.
