THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Manager with a strong track record in quality assurance and team leadership, ideally gained in a training provider or further education environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring our programmes meet and exceed industry and regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in delivery.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs), oversee compliance across our training provision, and ensure our learners receive the highest possible standard of training. You will be the guardian of our quality framework, embedding best practice and preparing the organisation for external inspections and audits.
