Your tasks as a production worker (m/f/d):

Check the products and filling lines for PET, cans and aseptic packaging according to fixed quality plans.
Independently conduct chemical-technical and microbiological analyses and analytically investigate the causes of quality deviations.
Take microbiological samples and initiate corrective measures in case of process disruptions.
Monitor and document compliance with all hygiene and IFS standards throughout the entire production area.
Analyze wastewater samples and provide active support in the field of environmental analysis.

a successfully completed apprenticeship as a food technology specialist, laboratory technology training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, combined with process knowledge in conventional and aseptic filling.
Extensive IT knowledge in dealing with SAP QM and Google Workspace
Fluent German skills at C2 level and ideally basic knowledge of English.
Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
