QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have thorough knowledge of how production lines and other manufacturing processes operate. Efficient problem-solving skills, excellent coordination skills to enable cooperation with staff and management. Must have the ability to respond quickly to unplanned events or challenges, such as breakdown of a machine, and have effective communication and reporting skills for meetings with management to keep them informed of important developments.

MINIMUM POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, electric engineering, or related field.

Support the manufacturing department by designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
