Description
Responsible in managing all in-process inspection activities are inspected in accordance with the planned scheduled by using the right measuring instruments and methodology. 1. Manage all In-Process Inspection activities are inspected in accordance with planned scheduled. 2. Monitor daily workload and backlog and schedule work arrangement to ensure parts are inspected on time. 3. Ensure all inspectors are using the correct tools, specification and methodology in conducting inspection. 4. Conduct training for new in-process inspectors, periodic refresher training to ensure competency. 5. Attend to daily MRB session and ensure proper documentation and quality records. 6. Review NCR to ensure proper problem statement and proper ownership. 7. Scheduled daily MRB meeting for in-house made parts with stakeholders. 8. Ensure measuring equipment/ tools and general housekeeping are maintained. 9. Support Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) on the necessary audits to ensure compliance of Procedures & Work Instructions (E.g.: ISO 9002,14000 & 45000) 1. Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling quality inspection of products, vacuum chamber or frame -
