Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an F-15 Quality Manager to support the Total Quality team in Berkeley, MO!
This F-15 Quality Manager will be responsible for a team of hourly/CBU population to drive F-15 Program strategy and initiative.
Position Responsibilities:

This role supervises, leads, and coaches a multi-disciplined team of Quality Operations personnel (CBU) employees in the oversight of product and process integrity for system productio

  • nEffectively interfaces and communicates with employees, peers, production operations, integrated product teams, and external customers (DCMA) to ensure products, services and processes comply with engineering / contractual requirements, company procedures, and government regulation
  • sActively manages Flight and Assembly Inspectors and assures process effectiveness of Manufacturing Self Examination / Operator Verification (MSE/OV
  • )Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) / Production Support Teams (PST’s) to ensure production meets timely corrective / preventive action initiation and executio
  • nDevelops and ensures the execution of organizational business goals and objectives, strategies and tactic
  • sActively participates in NQA/ISO audits, corrective action boards, consolidated safety council, employee health and safety assessments, lean manufacturing assessments, process improvements, and procedural assessment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, Engineering or STEM background highly preferred

More than 2 years of experience leading or managing projects or cross-functional team

  • sMore than 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industr
