Schedule: 9:00am ? 5:00pm, Full-Time
At Azura of Mukwonago, we?re preparing to open our doors soon and are seeking a compassionate and creative Quality of Life Director to join our team! In this role, you?ll design and lead engaging programs that bring joy, purpose, and meaning to our residents each day.
The Quality-of-Life Director is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other conditions. These activities will promote the residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being.

? Implement the MOSAIC quality of life program to enhance residents’ mind, body, and spirit.
? Ensure activity programs are appropriately presented to and facilitated by staff.
? Plan, schedule, and coordinate resident activities monthly, incorporating staff input.
? Plan and coordinate quarterly family parties/events..
? Facilitate community integration through recreational activities and develop close working relationships with community organizations. Provide volunteer activities to bring the community into the facility.
