Our hospital is seeking an experienced Quality and Safety Officer to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital setting in a similar role.
• Proven knowledge and experience with DOH, JCI, Tasneef, and ADHICS audits.
• Strong background in infection control supervision.
• Experience in KPI Jawda submission.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in quality, safety, or risk management.

  Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation audits, including DOH, JCI, Tasneef, and ADHICS audits.
• Oversee and supervise infection control programs and ensure best practices are implemented.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all accreditation requirements.
• Submit and manage KPI Jawda submissions in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality and safety policies, procedures, and key performance indicators.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety throughout the hospital.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions as needed.
