CMW is on the lookout for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Quality Officer to join our team! CMW's Quality systems are fundamentally crucial to the smooth functioning of our project teams and the successful delivery of our projects. Reporting to the CMW Quality Lead, you'll be primarily responsible for supporting the quality team with internal auditing requirements and any other additional duties as instructed, to ensure smooth and efficient operations and maintenance of systems. As we continue to grow, this is a fantastic new opportunity to play a key role in supporting our project teams and contributing to a strong, positive quality culture across CMW. We are considering applicants based in Brisbane (we have an office in Albion and Kingston) or Adelaide. Key Responsibilities Perform internal auditing requirements across CMW locations Report on audit findings and monitor any corrective actions or outcomes Maintain accurate records of audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions Collate and report statistics within the business, to provide to CMW Managers and Kiwa as directed Work closely and collaboratively with Managers and location staff to promote a positive quality culture Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives across CMW Ability to independently plan, complete and report on internal compliance audits in coordination with each site/office Assist with Quality inductions of new employees Qualifications / Experience Demonstrated experience in internal auditing of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ISO 9001 Sound understanding of ISO 9001 External training in internal auditing (ISO 9001 preferred) Practice a high level of staff and company confidentiality Advanced MS Office skills Demonstrated organisational skills Why join us?
