We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided! Key duties include: - Completing on-line and independent QC checks for process & quality parameters. Verification of measuring equipment such as thermometers & scales. Verifying printed packaging and labels. Completing finished product checks prior to dispatch. Completing regular glass/plastic and knife audits. Reporting any out of spec findings. Recording, monitoring and labelling of incoming raw materials & packaging. Completing scheduled verification of processes such as vehicle temperature control & failsafe testing. Completing regular process validation. Collecting and registering laboratory samples. Issuing & collecting of process controls and inputting them onto an electronic database. Monitoring temperatures of storage areas and downloading information from data loggers. Assisting in trials and investigations (i.e. following customer complaints or following an out of spec reading). Hygiene monitoring including swabbing and chemical concentration tests.
