OUR CLIENT IS A LOCAL LEADING PLAYER IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A QUALITY & PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (DESIGN) TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM TO ASSIST THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL-WEST - EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Roles and Responsibilities of Quality & Patient Experience Specialist (Design):

  • Drive patient-centred initiatives using human-centred design and design thinking principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in patient safety and experience
  • Conduct and facilitate design thinking workshops to address safety and quality challenges
  • Develop user-focused solutions and design prototypes to improve patient and staff outcomes
  • Support improvement projects that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency across departments
  • Provide design feedback and generate creative ideas to foster a strong patient safety and quality culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related field
  • At least 1 years of relevant healthcare design experience
