The Salvation Army Employment Plus is currently recruiting for a Quality Performance Manager to join their team. As a Quality Performance Manager, you will monitor the quality of services delivered and drive continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities include conducting various quality and compliance assessments, managing claims, delivering feedback and guidance, and playing an instrumental role in staff training, coaching, and mentoring.
Working closely with Operations Managers and frontline staff, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and confidently provide constructive feedback at all levels.
Working as part of a team of Quality Performance Managers across the UK, you will assume responsibility for a designated region or area of work and contribute to broader departmental projects. For example, this could involve the completion of quality audits, the delivery of an accredited qualification, the development of new resources or reviewing policies and procedures, to name a few. The role is varied and fast paced and also involves supporting changes across the department.
The role is peripatetic in nature. If based in the South East, regular travel to London will be required. Occasional travel across the UK will be required from time to time.
