ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within adult social care or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in adult social care.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies and policies in the public sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to inform decision-making and service improvements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager with experience in Quality, Strategy & Policy to join our Adult Social Care team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies and policies that drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, including people with lived experience, carers, staff, and partner organisations, to co-produce solutions that enhance the quality of care, keep people safe and ensure compliance.
