ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Significant experience in a similar role within adult social care or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in adult social care.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies and policies in the public sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyse data and use it to inform decision-making and service improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
