ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Controller to support and maintain quality assurance across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role, ideal for individuals based locally who are passionate about quality, process improvement, and practical problem-solving.
Please note: Due to the nature of this position, we are only considering candidates who are already living within daily commuting distance of our site near Exeter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality Assurance: Support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in manufacturing.
• Process Monitoring: Identify and assist in improvements to production processes, helping reduce defects and improve product reliability.
• Testing & Inspection: Perform routine product and material testing, collect data, and identify any quality issues.
• Problem Solving: Assist in root cause investigations and support corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Compliance: Help ensure products meet internal standards and external regulations, including ISO 9001.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to maintain high-quality output.
• Documentation: Maintain clear records for audits, inspections, and internal reporting.
• Customer Support: Provide technical input when investigating and resolving customer quality concerns.
