Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Quality Product Technologist, you are the guardian of H&M’s brand quality standards, ensuring that every product meets customer expectations from development through to the final experience. You combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach to delivering products that are safe, sustainable, and aligned with our global quality framework. The Product team in Bangladesh for Intimates is a cross-functional, technically specialized unit, typically consisting of Product Quality Technologists, Lab/Material Specialists, Merchandisers, and Product Developers. The team operates within the Global Production organization, closely aligned with H&M’s sustainability, compliance, and product integrity goals. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way. WHO YOU ARE​ We are looking for people to …​ Ensure H&M’s brand quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle - from development to customer experience Implement the quality method and routines set by the Governance team Ensure the product fit, consumption optimization, functionality, durability, and comfort of bras and swimwear in timely manner at different sample stages Analyze material, trims with right fit through product risk assessment and pre-order quality validation Supporting suppliers in technical capability building and root-cause problem solving Conduct quality inspection in Centralized Facility Services (CFS) in factory to ensure end-to-end product quality AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE Academic background in Textile Engineering/ Bachelor’s degree from Fashion Institute is desired 7 to 10 years of working experience in Lingerie products with good technical fit and production knowledge Strong technical knowledge in intimate products with customer focus and design understanding Experience with handling tools line PLM, 2D CAD system is preferred.
