About your job In this role, you lead and develop our quality management system and drive improvements that make a real difference. Every day brings variety – one moment you’re working on risk analysis, the next you’re solving a tricky issue with colleagues from production, engineering, or purchasing. You make sure quality goals are set, followed up, and communicated clearly. Sharing best practices, advising on strategy, and supporting others in quality topics are all part of the job. Also included: Develop and maintain the quality management system (ISO 9001) Drive improvement projects and continuous development Guide risk analysis work like PFMEA Communicate and follow up on quality objectives Engage and train colleagues in quality matters. The location for this position is Gimo and we offer you a hybrid setup. You work closely with the local quality manager and collaborate across production units. About you We’re looking for someone with a degree in engineering, production, or quality. You bring several years’ experience in quality work, ideally in manufacturing. You know your way around tools like PFMEA, 8D, PDCA, SPC and Lean, and you’re comfortable leading improvement projects and change initiatives. Certifications in quality management or statistical training are a bonus. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must. You understand standards and regulations, analyze data with ease and turn insights into action. You’re structured, solution-oriented, and proactive. Your excellent communication skills help you influence and engage people you encounter. Leading with confidence, collaborating with different teams and keeping integrity at the core of your work comes naturally to you. Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and develop the quality management system while driving improvements. You will work on risk analysis and collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure quality goals are met.
