Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish a quality mobilisation project plan, specifying clear activity, timelines, priorities and milestones. Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure alignment.
  • Stakeholder management / liaison - ensuring requirements are communicated, actions understood and milestone timelines committed.
  • SUB/ASC Relationship Management - ensure strong lines of communication between all entities. Will require some `out of hours’ calls.
  • Integrated Program Team (IPT) Interface - represent Quality during the mobilisation phase as the dedicated SPOC for the IPT.
  • Facilities Management - ensure quality requirements are captured in the project facility plan.
  • Provide cost account support as required.
  • Establish regular status reporting for project leadership on the progress of mobilisation activities, ensuring any risks to project deliverables are clearly communicated.
  • Development of a Quality CONOPS outlining activities for the deployment of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Creation of a Quality Metrics Framework, designed to assure the Quality Management System (QMS)
