We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Representative to join our team at our Mandeville facility. This role is critical to maintaining the precision and reliability of our machine shop operations and ensuring all measurement tools across the facility remain compliant with calibration standards. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with little to no supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to take initiative, and a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Weld inspection – Manual TIG and MIG welding. Collecting, Reviewing, Organizing, and Filing Quality Records. Coordinate handling and disposition of non-conformances. Perform audits, in-process inspections, and final inspections of work being performed. Perform dimensional inspections in accordance with engineering and fabrication drawings. Monitoring of shop testing, including Hydro-tests and various Functional Testing   Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required.
