The Job: The Quality and Rights Advisor is a mid-management staff person who leads the efforts in the provision and maintenance of consumer advocacy and rights protection, quality treatment, and programming as assigned. The position requires the ability to handle multiple demands and triage, reliable transportation, extensive travel to homes and community agencies, and the working of a flexible work schedule.
