SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Regulatory Management Administrative Specialist to oversee and manage compliance, regulatory processes, and quality management systems across multiple states. This role is critical to ensuring that our organization complies with local, state, and federal regulations while continuously improving quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of policy and procedure systems, risk management, accreditation standards, and experience in managing compliance for diverse populations, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration , Law, Business,Public Administration, International Relations, nursing or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Certifications: Certifications include Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management, preferably in the home healthcare or healthcare industry.
- Preferred setting of previous experience — quality management, risk management, compliance
- Preferred certifications/credentials — Quality Management, Risk Management, CHC (Certified Healthcare Compliance), Project Management, Risk Management, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or similar are a plus.
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Strong knowledge of policy and procedure development and management.
- Ability to track and manage regulatory processes across multiple states.
- Familiarity with The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation standards.
- Expertise in risk management and project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
- Certifications: Certifications include Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or equivalent is a plus.
