We are hiring a dependable Quality RMA Specialist to support daily lens kits return and replacement operations. This hourly role focuses on physically receiving, inspecting, tracking, and processing returned equipment while keeping accurate records and supporting outbound replacement shipments. This position works hands-on in a warehouse distribution environment and follows established procedures to ensure accurate and timely RMA processing. This role will support shipping and warehouse department from a quality oversight standpoint. Shift hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inspection · Receive returned lens kits and verify items against RMA documentation · Inspect products for visible damage or basic failure indicators · Label, tag, and sort returned items by status (repair, rework, replace, scrap, restock) · Record serial numbers, quantities, and product condition RMA Processing & Tracking · Update RMA records using spreadsheets or basic tracking systems · Maintain accurate inventory and location tracking for returned items · Ensure products are stored in correct warehouse locations Shipping & Replacements · Pack and prepare replacement units for shipment · Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery · Confirm shipment details and update records once items are sent · Verify accuracy of outbound shipments · Assist inventory manager on researching inventory discrepancy Documentation & Accuracy · Complete RMA paperwork, checklists, and logs accurately · Report missing items, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors · Maintain clean and organized RMA work areas Teamwork & Safety · Work closely with warehouse staff and operations teams · Follow all warehouse safety rules and RMA procedures · Use PPE and material handling equipment as required Requirements Qualifications Experience · 1–2 years of warehouse, RMA, inventory, or logistics experience preferred · Experience handling medical devices and electronics is a plus Skills · Strong attention to detail · Ability to follow written instructions · Basic computer and spreadsheet skills Physical Requirements · Ability to lift and move boxes as required (within safety guidelines) · Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a warehouse environment Work Style · Reliable and punctual · Organized and task-focused · Able to manage multiple RMAs at the same time · Clear and professional communication · Self-motivated and critical thinker
