We are one of the largest independent MRO companies in Australasia. Whilst this role focuses on assisting our Quality Team in the administrative type tasks around quality of line maintenance work, our wider business also deals in aircraft parking and storage, asset management and non-line maintenance repairs to name a few other business areas.
We have Stations across Australia in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide focusing on our client base of over 20 clients in their line maintenance requirements.
The Quality and Safety Coordinator would be based in the Brisbane Head Office.
This highly level administrative position has become available due to an increase in workload, and we are seeking support to help coordinate various tasks and administrative responsibilities.

THE QUALITY AND SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR ROLE AND OUR TEAM

Our Quality and Safety team are based out of our Head Office in Brisbane, based at an industrial park in close reach of Brisbane’s DFO.

THE ROLE ITSELF WOULD BE FOCUSED ON SOME OF THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

• Uphold safety as the number one priority at all times
• Maintain personal currency in all mandatory training
• Manage technical publications, including Airbus and Boeing accounts
• Facilitating all in-house training
• New user system account creation and ongoing maintenance
• SMS/QMS software system oversight
• Produce and disseminate departmental reports
• Through life management of Occurrence Reports
• Upkeep of the Approved Supplier List, including risk assessment completion and liaison with suppliers
• Completion and submission of customer self-audit questionnaires
• Participate in instructional manual development and refinement
• Disseminate Heston MRO regulatory approvals
• Other duties as directed by the Quality & Safety Manager
