Uniting Goonellabah are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis to Support the services in coordinating auditing, Continuous Improvement activities, complaints and incident management.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a role within the Residential Aged and Health Care team and is responsible for providing quality coordination advice to the services at a local service level in collaboration with the Service Manager and Deputy Service Managers.
This role is focused on supporting the Continuous Improvement System including the CI Plan, auditing, accreditation, complaints, and incident management.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE:
You will be responsible for providing specialist quality management advice to operational teams at the local level in collaboration with the Practice and Quality team. This role is focused on the provision of coaching, advice, and support to build capability and capacity, specialising in auditing, accreditation, complaints, and incident management.
