Position Summary
· Responsible for Quality Launch activity for future projects
· Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve customer quality problems and concerns.
· Continual liaison and communication with customers and suppliers for the prevention and resolution of quality issues. The “Customer First” motto shall be demonstrated
· Responsible for the assigned line to meet and exceed the set quality targets
· Creation of all core documents pertaining to your product line
