Description
What You'll Be Doing? Setting up quality analysis and supplier audit plans by making risk assessment on products and supplier level Organizing supplier audits in terms of food and product safety Checking product labels in accordance with legal regulations, customer expectations and company demands Creating supplier scorecards, informing categories on supplier performance results. Following up customer complaints regarding product safety and quality regarding products, requesting corrective action from suppliers when necessary, and informing relevant departments. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and fulfillment of responsibilities related to e-commerce. Taking part in special projects related to product safety and quality regarding the product groups that one is responsible for. Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of food safety management systems Managing quality and food safety documentation, including creation, revision, version control, and systematic archiving Monitoring and ensuring compliance of warehouse operations (goods receiving, storage, shipping, etc.) with quality standards Following product safety and cold chain practices Performing audits and control in warehouses Reporting and analyzing quality KPIs Coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues Taking an active role in continuous improvement initiatives Staying up to date with food safety regulations and industry trends Performing other quality-related duties as required Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of food safety management systems Managing quality and food safety documentation, including creation, revision, version control, and systematic archiving Qualifications University degree in Food Engineering or related department Min 3 years experience in quality department, preferably in retail sector (for executive) Quickly adapting Getir’s business activities and working methods Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel Preferably proficiency in English Being store and customer focused A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to travel, driving license required For detailed information on how we process your personal data, please review our Candidate Clarification Text(http://static.getir.com/candidate/index_en.html).
