The Quality Specialist assists with the delivery of a quality and compliance management support function for employment services, strategic internal audit program, and quality standards accreditation.
All employees of Employment Plus are expected to actively demonstrate the organisation’s key competencies of accountability, quality focus and collaboration.

In addition, in the role of Quality Specialist you will need to:

  • Assist with the delivery of a quality and compliance management support function for Workforce Australia, DES, and Parent Pathways programs
  • Assist with the delivery of a strategic audit program
  • Deliver support for the organisation to maintain Right Fit For Risk, DEWR Quality Assurance Framework, and National Standards for Disability Services accreditation
  • Pursue innovative solutions and deliver results within a rigorous compliance framework
  • Provide technical support for content development and content delivery
  • Facilitate technical training and coach staff on continuous improvement
  • Have the ability to plan, prioritise and achieve performance goals in a team environment

Successful Candidates will be able to prove an ability to:

  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge of the Australian Government employment services industry
  • Take ownership of actions, objectives and performance, driving tasks and projects through to completion
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships to facilitate the achievement of work goals
  • Demonstrate understanding of Government Department compliance and quality measures
  • Ensure that all work is performed to a high standard
  • Effectively support commercial and business focused new initiatives
  • Hold a driver’s licence
  • Hybrid work from office location in Blackburn, Victoria
