ABOUT THE ROLE Do you enjoy bringing structure to processes, keeping documentation in order, and helping teams work with quality in mind? We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team in Čakovec, Croatia. As part of FRAMOS, an international, product-driven company, you will help keep our organization audit-ready, support compliance across departments, and contribute to a strong and reliable quality management system. From quality documentation and audits to CAPAs, Declarations of Conformity, and supplier quality topics, you will play an important role in keeping our quality management system strong, reliable, and ready for growth. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON: Maintaining and improving the FRAMOS Quality Handbook - ensuring quality-related processes and documents are up to date, controlled, and accessible Planning and conducting internal audits across departments, documenting findings, tracking non-conformities, and following up on corrective actions Preparing and coordinating all external audits, including ISO 9001, customer, and supplier audits Managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and supporting their timely closure Preparing Declarations of Conformity and checking that the required compliance documentation is complete and accurate Monitoring RoHS and REACH declarations for relevant products Supporting Quality Assurance Agreements and maintaining related records Coordinating quality questionnaires with customers, suppliers, and internal teams and keeping quality records accurate, structured, and audit-ready YOUR PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: • Has experience with quality-related work • Knows how to work with ISO 9001:2015, controlled documentation, and audit-related processes • Can plan and carry out internal audits • Works accurately and keeps documentation, records, and compliance tracking in good shape • Can keep track of multiple topics, deadlines, and follow-ups without losing the bigger picture • Communicates clearly and professionally across different teams • Can drive topics forward and follow them through to closure, even without direct authority • Feels comfortable using English in day-to-day work WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ABOUT US OUR CORE VALUES About us FRAMOS is the leading camera module design and manufacturing expert. Responsibilities
The Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Quality Handbook and conducting internal and external audits to ensure organizational compliance. They will manage CAPAs, prepare Declarations of Conformity, and monitor RoHS and REACH declarations.
