WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry Engineering, Microbiology Engineering, Lab Analyst or similar with at least 5 years of experience in the Food Industry
  • Supervisory experience or experience overseeing staff.
  • Knowledge of Quality specifications, HACCP, oPRP, CCPs, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
  • Knowledge of raw materials, packaging components, and production processes
  • Internal auditing experience is a plus
  • Prior experience conducting presentations and training sessions
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with leading and managing projects

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Incoming Lab Supervisor is a key position in the Ferrero Quality Organization that assures an effective management of laboratories within the plant according to Central Quality guidelines and reports directly into the Plant Quality Manager.
In this role you will be actively involved in cross functional work with Production, R&D/Technology, Engineering, Maintenance. This role supports the implementation of the Ferrero Food Safety and Quality Standards and guarantees that the production unit operates in compliance with these standards.
The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday on the dayshift
