Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

  • Identify important safety and not safety quality issues based on data collection and professionally analyze them in depth and/or test vehicle acc. to internal standards. Report root cause findings and share counter measurement´s implementation date from mobis counter partners

  • Implement solutions for big/complex quality issues that impact KPIs in collaboration with mobis partners/customer, based on facts collected from further depth test, benchmark, own ideas and initiative. E.g. Troubleshooting, service information documents, partial repairs, etc.

  • Represent Mobis being first contact person for customer/supplier for issues addressing and solving. Build strong cooperative relationships to enhance Mobis performance continuosly with Mobis prod. Plants & HQ

  • Examine potential issues in new/facelift vehicle and their master samples after teardown for test equipment preparation after SOP, as well as organize global OE projects information during development and their evaluation and problem finding after SOP

  • Ensure high quality cost reduction through improvements implemented, burden ratio negotiations annual project assigned coordinating and aligning activities and steps with mobis partners and customers

  • Determine and execute action plans in worst & recalled mobis parts to establish prevention & re-occurance of issues. Monitor and compare constantly recalls of competitors with mobis parts to apply action plans for prevention/correctiveness

  • Lead and improve quality safety assessments. Report safety risks found to determine root cause of safety issue/risk through detail analysis and collaboration with customer, supplier and mobis partners in a quick way

  • Establish and improve effective methodology (e.g. check lists, test methods, processes, inspections) for all mobis parts in collaboration with MQE teams, customer and mobis partners for prevention of safety issues/risk in new and current technology

  • Organize and improve global OE projects during all product life cycle. Create processes that ensure good & smooth project development between mobis and customer. Negotiate quality issues with customer by keeping close contact
