ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis, and familiarity with quality tools
• Ability to interpret analytical test data and perform material evaluations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight
• Organizational and record-keeping skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers
• Adequate level of sensory acuity required to perform material evaluations
• Ability to visually discern color, including intensity of color/shade
• Experience in quality management systems, quality testing, production processes, and knowledge of TPMP regulations
• High School diploma coupled with relevant experience (5+ yrs)

• New Products & Processes validation – qualification process for new Products & Materials; new materials and supplier qualifications
• Spec Management – ensure additives and materials are PSC approved; assist with raw material improvements and spec updates
• Product Maintenance – raw material optimization for production improvements; manufacturing processes optimization and alignment across facilities
• IWS – CoCoE and QIE Improvement
• Complaint Investigation & Calibration Management
• Pest Control
