THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

• Analyze microbiological, chemical-physical and sensory samples and ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.
• Monitor all production processes and guarantee high product quality for millions of customers.
• Conduct regular quality controls in accordance with our IFS and HACCP standards.
• I will train and instruct all employees involved in the production process.
• Promote topics such as occupational safety and increase employees' awareness of responsibility for occupational safety, fire protection and health management.

YOU DELIVER THIS

• Completed vocational training or university studies, ideally in the field of food technology or
• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance as well as practical experience in a production environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and familiarity with HACCP and IFS
• Solid IT skills (MS Office/Google) and ideally basic knowledge of SAP
• A strong hands-on mentality, assertiveness, and a very reliable and conscientious work ethic.
• Good German skills and willingness to work in 3 shifts are required.
