As a Quality Specialist based in Nestlé R&D Center, he/she is to support in specific areas of expertise (e.g. food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.) A Day in the Life of a Quality Specialist People and know-how: Promote quality awareness across the company. Contribute to competence development of quality mindset across the organisation. System design: Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area of concern. Quality mastership: - Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses) and DMAIC.- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise.- Support in HACCP study, PFSA, Cleaning Validation, GMP inspections.- NMS audits, Internal audits Quality auditing and verification: In their specific area of expertise, assess that the Nestlé Quality Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.
