  • Oversee inspection and monitoring of incoming materials, ensuring compliance with requirements; initiate corrective action when standards are not met.
  • Report on the performance of the QEMS (e.g., audit results, corrective actions, improvement needs) to the Quality & Environmental Manager.
  • Support continual improvement activities and promote quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to customer, internal processes, and ISO regulatory/legal requirements (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Maintain control of QEMS procedures, records, and other documented information.
  • Monitor, measure, and review internal processes, particularly those impacting logistics operations, products, and services.
  • Support improvement plans based on customer satisfaction results.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis of product/service returns and related investigations.
  • Stay up to date on relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Inspect, audit, and report on processes to ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
  • Maintain ISO-compliant records for Zones Logistics QEMS.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze quality and environmental data to drive improvements.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee morale.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
