Description We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead and support quality operations within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment! This role is responsible for supervising quality team members, ensuring compliance with customer and company quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to prevent defects and improve overall product quality. · Supervise and support the daily activities of Quality Team Members and Specialists · Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and procedures · Oversee inspection, containment, and corrective action activities on the production floor · Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and problem-solving efforts · Review quality reports, inspection data, and trends; escalate concerns as needed · Support internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits · Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve quality issues · Promote and enforce safety policies and a strong quality culture 1st Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM What we offer · Competitive salary and benefits · Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) · Paid time off and holidays · Career growth and leadership development opportunities Requirements · 3+ years of experience in quality supervision or leadership within automotive or manufacturing environments · Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools · Experience leading and developing hourly or salaried quality team members · Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a fast-paced environment · Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Preferred · Automotive manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication) · Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, or customer-specific requirements · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
