SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor with proven experience in the dietary supplement industry to oversee quality systems, compliance, label quality experience and customer-facing functions. This role requires strong expertise in label review and approval processes under FDA and DSHEA regulations (21 CFR 111, 21 CFR 101), as well as exceptional skills in customer service and communication.
The Quality Supervisor will lead quality-related projects, supervise QA staff, and serve as the primary liaison with customers on quality and compliance matters, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely label execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of quality assurance experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical labeling or document review industry
• Strong knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR 111) and FDA labeling regulations (21 CFR 101).
• Demonstrated experience with label review, design, and approval workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems, label management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent Communication skills in relation to Customer Service or Customer Support

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with third-party certifications (NSF, USP, UL, Halal etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience supporting or leading customer label compliance and design.

  Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
