Description

Description The Quality Supervisor/Engineer ensures that the Business Unit complies with the Quality Management System, ISO9001 standards, customer requirements, and Schnellecke policies while supporting a strong culture of safety and quality. The role leads internal audits, manages corrective actions, supports external audits, and oversees the handling of nonconforming product. It drives continuous improvement by leading problem-solving activities and reducing non-quality costs. The position supervises the quality department, provides training, and works closely with internal teams and clients to resolve quality concerns. Additionally, the role tracks and reports key KPIs and performs data analysis using tools such as Excel and power point to support decision-making and operational effectiveness. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree , or equivalent experience. Experience 2+ years in quality control on the shop floor, and operational processes. Experience in problem solving, auditing, and cross-department cooperation. Supervisory experience preferred. Technical Skills Knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing and document control requirements. Proficiency with problem-solving tools 5-Why. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. Soft Skills Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under minimal supervision. Work Environment Frequent walking on the warehouse floor; PPE required at all times. Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and warehouse equipment. Some lifting of heavy parts up to 50lbs
